This was a manufactured home built in 2000. We started with replacing the roof and removing all of the skylights, which left giant holes in the ceiling indoors. Almost all of the CPVC water lines beneath the house were frozen and needed repair. We repaired the skylight holes and texture matched them to the rest of the ceiling. Painting, drywall repairs, subfloor repair, new LVT flooring, new carpet, new garage siding, deck repairs, soft washing, and plumbing repairs were all done to this property.
